About the role
Zenyt is a fast-growing startup based in New York City, automating repetitive e-commerce tasks through advanced AI agents. Founded by AI experts Arthur Pentecoste and Raphael Rozenblum, who bring decades of combined experience from BCG and AWS, Zenyt is already trusted by world-class companies in jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, and electronics. We recently raised a seed round from top-tier business angels and entrepreneurs and are now looking for our next Product Owner Intern to accelerate platform growth.

The role
As a Product Owner Intern, you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from collecting and prioritizing customer feedback to prototyping, coordinating with design and development, and driving continuous product improvements. Beyond traditional product responsibilities, you’ll actively participate in sales discussions, product discovery, and customer success initiatives. At Zenyt, product is central to our mission, and our Product Owners play a crucial role across all aspects of our business.

About the role

Founded by AI experts with decades of combined experience at BCG and AWS, we already serve leading brands in jewelry, cosmetics, fashion, and electronics, and have secured seed funding from top-tier business angels and entrepreneurs.
The role
As an ML Engineering Intern, you’ll build the agent infrastructure that powers Zenyt’s automation platform. Your mission will include:
- Designing and deploying scalable pipelines for large-language-model (LLM) agents (Python, PyTorch, LangChain or similar).
- Implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and tools/plug-ins so agents can reason over real-world e-commerce data.
- Automating fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring of models in production (MLflow, Weights & Biases, or comparable stacks).
- Working hand-in-hand with product, design, and customer-success teams to turn rapid prototypes into robust features.
- Contributing to DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP) to ensure reliable, low-latency inference and continuous delivery.

What we’re looking for
